baking in the am

there was a lot of baking going on this morning

and not even noon!

i'm bringing in the cookies to work. they are not safe in the house.... :)

also, i wandered into the living room this morning and saw this funny scene:

the turtle looked worried about these by the sock monkeys! oh no! (luckily, i moved the monkeys into another room. the turtle is safe again!)
